Add a couple of chickens and rabbits, some goat for milk and you're really quite set.



Best fish to go with this is Tilapia

The trick is having a renewable power source to pump all the water through the system. That's the expensive part of the setup. Bar none the best food idea per square foot though.

solar is good. Lots of aquaponics guys use solar as their energy source

i didnt see anything for catching rain . he should have gutter systems on all those buildings all piped into a systern of some sort for free water.

think his system is not prepper ready but the idea is all thats enough. we're resourceful enough to build our own $h!+
