I'm not a fan of bump stocks, but this can't go unnoticed. We've known for a long time that Massachusetts doesn't recognize the 2nd Amendment. Apparently they don't recognize the 4th Amendment, either. What ever happened to "no unreasonable seizure? Since when is it ok in the United States of America for the Government to force private citizens to transfer their private property over to the police without due compensation?

Liberal Socialists Pigs... The Elite...The Chosen Ones...

Only they deserve to be protected...and Only they deserve to live in gated communities with security.

The rest of us...if up to them...would be fodder for the wolves.

Give up one right...and they want them all.

I suspect that appealing arrest for this "crime" by claiming protection under the 4th amendment will bring forth case law, aka 'precedent' that the Constitution doesn't apply. If you have the funds required to take the appeal to the SCOTUS, and if SCOTUS decides to hear the appeal, you'd have at best a 50-50 chance of winning. SCOTUS justices have a disturbing tendency to prefer precedent to the plain language of the Constitution.

In the current state of our country, Supervisor 42's solution is doable, even if it's a hard road. Eventually all of the freedom lovers will be driven to one last place - Idaho maybe? Then the State can simply put a Wall around Idaho.

Don't forget Alabama. 4000 new jobs coming to the area soon and we are running low on people that can do a damn thing besides send emails and make phone-calls.
And if you move here and don't have a gun, one will be furnished to you.
On the other hand, you will be expected to learn how to drink beer

We're not real wealthy but we do have a hell of a lot of fun:D

Edit: Instead of building a new shopping mall, we decided on the nation's longest indoor shooting range:

About 20 miles from me. 8 climate-controlled 110-yard lanes.
That's how we roll
