My windshield wiper is not working
I head a click from the fuss box
Why would I hear a click there?
Like your headlights (essential), it likely has a circuit breaker that will click when it is overloaded.
This is why people that turn their wipers on only to discover they are frozen in place, are not constantly changing blown fuses.

The click you are hearing is probably a relay.
That would mean the fuse is good.
Next thing to do is check for 12v at the wiper motor.
If you have 12v then it's the wiper motor.

Another tip.
If your wipers chatter when they are wiping across the windshield then the wipers need to be adjusted.
It's a very easy thing to do.

Check the connections everywhere, the connections are designed to cause problem when the vehicle gets a little age on it , Trucklite NYK-77 gel really helps in connection and corrosion prevention. many times the relays are mounted on the back side of the fuse block, could explain the click. Wiper motor failure is possible, but load test the circuit first.

For connections, "Deoxit" works well too.
probably very similar function, I have had really good luck with nyk- 77 and haven't looked further, DC electrical is poorly understood, lots think they get it, but........
