Just stumbled upon this site, looks very informative. Things are not going well in our country, time to prepare for end times.

I don't know about the end of times, but at the very least there are some hard times coming. I'm just trying to get as set up as possible to take care of my family through an economic crisis or grid problem. (Or both). Actually I don't prep for any one or two things. To me prepping is about being as self sufficient as possible. I also try to point newcomers in the right direction as it's easy to get caught up in buying overpriced survival food and stuff. Don't get me wrong, stuff is great, but knowledge is so much more valuable. Welcome to the site.

Hi and welcome to DPF from this side of the pond,I too almost got cought in that "stuff trap".
but it's great to find out you don't need every gadget and lots can be done without if you have the knowledge.
just ask if you have questions, someone will know the answer.
