Alright so, I get paid once a month (VA Disability) and I have some things in mind to buy for my preps but I’m not sure what to go with. Your thoughts on my 2 carts?

that trauma bag, personally I would get an empty bag and build it myself, usually in those ready made bags there are good stuff,but also very bad stuff.
I went the "build it your self way". and yes I'm a paramedic and occasionally somewhat picky on stuff..
there should be info about first aid stuff etc in that thread,if my memory serves me right.

comms are important,would get those, my 2 cents.

Well, as of right now I have 4 air guns; 2 assault rifles, a Daisy Powerline 880 and a pistol. All co2 operates except the Daisy and idk what happened but it now shoots without needing to be pumped. I have pellets and some bbs but I’m looking at some higher power guns for protection.

did, a quick check on that bag ; get rid of those plastic tweezers and if you have to work with that oxy-pump face mask, just keep your grip on top side and squeeze gently,

and these ; tourniquets

and some of these ; Israeli bandages

This kit is in no way complete or comprehensive, but it does provide a good basic kit to build from, watch out for expiry dates and rotate / replace as necessary.

Look up the FX Impact or the Walther Reign or even the new Edgun Leshiy 2 three superb ultra modern air guns. Then buy a refillable dive bottle set up of at least 12 litres to recharge your guns in seconds.

The Seneca Dragon claw is a HUGE gun very unweildy a pig to deploy indoors

I have a 50cal black powder rifle that I’ve never fired. It was on a great clearance so I bought it on a whim. Tremendous power but with the reloading time I kind of consider it useless as a defensive weapon.

Totally agree with you jontte! While I’m not a paramedic I had a family one help me with building mine. He is a paramedic in the rough part of Chicago and a medical guy in the reserves.

I agree about the pre-stocked bag but also I think it can be a good start for people who don't know what all they need to buy, because stocking an empty bag can be intimidating for someone who is new to building a first aid kit. With the pre-stocked bag, they can slowly swap out for more useful items as they go, but they do come with a lot of good basic.
I like the dragon claw thing.

Also look into bear spray. Ive seen Dog the bounty hunter use it. I also seen him get his ass whoped by a somoan he sprayed dont always work. Lol

Im guessing that the firearm restrictions is for a past offence ? You may look into muzzle loading . Good hobby and practical prepp .
I do recommend building your own medical bag . Im looking at used medical equipment on Ebay to add to my medical prepps .

Yeah, unfortunately due to my PTSD I got arrested twice for AFV. I got my PTSD finally diagnosed the second time in jail. Since then I’ve gotten the help I need.

Check with your State and local Authorities and if possible get into muzzle loading and black powder. Its alot of fun and very effective .check out the old movie Jeremiah Johnson and go shopping for a Hawken Rifle .

Jeremiah Johnson is my all time favorite movie. I've got a .58 caliber Hawken rifle from my dad.

Yep, that is a tough one. While I agree with the law banning felons from owning guns, I also feel there should be a standard process of someone to get their gun right restored, especially after someone has been crime free for years. A lifetime criminal will not care about the law and will someone obtain a weapon but there needs to be a way to a "reformed" person to get ALL of their right back. Democrats go out of their way to make sure felons get their voting rights back (provided you vote democrats) but the go out of their way to take Fire Arms Rights (a constitutional right) for everyone.

I prefer bows because I hate loud noises of any kind. And I'm an idiot and think bows are super cool.

Lol I love archery but when I have an Airgun that holds 900 bbs and another that holds 600, I think thats pretty damn good lol

Got my scout badge in archery and that was the last time I picked up a bow. Nothing against them but would rather have air gun or firearm. I prefer the reach out and touch something , long distance. Some of the air gun ammo is now more expensive than the 22 lr. ammo. The 25 caliber and above is getting right up there in cost. Granted nowhere near center fire but still expensive enough to help you improve your accuracy.
