Short answer is no. Because the liquid/gas phase change of Ethenol (pure drinking alcohol) is too high of a temperature. You want something that is "a gas". It'll turn to a liquid when you pressurize it, and get super cold when it turns back into a gas after depressurization. Like how a can of air gets cold when you use it for a while.
