New fishing hole

Some of the best fishing holes that I found over the years was behind old beaver dams. Some of these dams are many years old and they block the fish from going downstream. And usually they have dams blocking the fish from going upstream too. So the fish grow to pretty good size. Usually they take a bit of walking to get to them so usually nobody else ever fishes them.

I have five fishing holes.
One is a small lake with 22 homes on it & only my friend fish it.
Wild life guy told him that if he fished it 24/7 he would not remove enough fish to harm the fish cycle.
So he lets a few friends fish it, one guy got 27 fish in less than an hour.

We catch some pretty good catfish, bass, crappy and bluegill out of this small lake. And in late summer when the water is low, we find arrowheads and other injun tools on this beach.
