In all fairness, we stole Stealth off of them....(true, they didn't realize what they had when they had it...but)...

Will be hard to do. We're an open society, so far easier for Russia to continue to be supreme when it comes to penetration of foreign intel.

Hey, I'm one of the most rah rah, Merica guys you can find, but the simple fact is that Russia has always been FAR better than us at the spy game. (and this is from a guy who was going to make intel his life).

We're not making anything that the Russians won't have a file on inside of a couple of weeks. (though likewise, I have it on good authority we've gotten better at it ourselves). Just different approaches than humint. (human intel)
