Warm Welcome from the Arizona Valley folks. We do have the people that know about sheep and they will be happy to share info with you.

A long time ago in a far off galaxy, my parent were gifted some lambs and we bottle fed them and I think we used just plain moo juice (regular milk). It has been so long ago I am not sure on the liquid but I do remember filling Coke Cola bottles and taking them out an feeding the lambs.

Welcome to the family!
May I ask how you found us? We’re very happy you were able too!
Changing replacers will upset tummies. Should be ok if your giving the new one consistently now. Sounds like your doing the right things.
Keep them warm with no drafts.
Provide free choice small stem hay (sounds like you already are).
Have some starter grain available and be sure to always have clean water available.
Once the new sheep forum is up I hope you’ll repost this there so you’ll get more responses and can keep us updated.
Again, welcome to the forum and the family! We’re happy you’ve joined us!

Welcome, Judy. As you might have seen this forum is populated by some knowledgeable people and a few characters as well that keep us laughing.

Like doubleR said, feed changes can cause it. Are the drinking out of a bucket yet? I'd try giving a couple of swallows of electrolytes before giving the bottle with the milk replacer. My goats really like the one made by mana pro. When my favorite doe got sick I didn't need a drench gun to make her take it, she drank it straight from the bucket so I kept a bucket full in her pen 24/7.
