This is my firsts post - so I'll say something about myself - I a retired aerospace manager engineer, live in southern Calif over 35 years - born in Northern Minnesota. I have my own engineering firm design and testing various types of electronics devices, currently working on a New Battery prototype and charger, Ham radio and antenna design are some of my current projects. In the past I've worked with FEMA, Red Cross and other first responder type orgs.

Thanks for the kind words
I work on many projects that I think would be useful to prepping. Most of my projects are designed around first responders and are purchased by local governments.

My current project is a 12v 20amp portable batteries fanny pack that will supply extent energy for cellphone, radios, or emergency medical care devices.

Below are a couple of photos.
