Excerpt: "CHESTERFIELD, Va. (AP) - A Virginia judge decided not to impose any active prison time for a 19-year-old man who prosecutors say tied up a 14-year-old girl and sexually assaulted her after they attended a school play.

The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports that in January, Chesterfield Circuit Judge T.J. Hauler sentenced Logan Osborn to 10 years in prison with eight years suspended. But in January and again Wednesday, Hauler stayed execution of the two-year active term, noting that guidelines called for no incarceration."

I think he definitely needs some time in the hoosegow so the inmates can mete out some jailhouse justice.

Here in Mobile, AL it is routine for murderers to get off with 10 years or less, child molesters to get probation or sent to a halfway house for 90 - 180 days, robbers to get 5 years, etc....ridiculous!!

When the legal system constantly fails to dispense justice, it forces the citizens to dispense street justice. NOT a good situation. Vigilantly Justice can return to America when eh justice system fails to act. That guy should be spending some time in prison.
