1 quality hot dogs, all beef. I like bar S, they still taste like a dog did when I was a kid!
2 Simmering them in beef broth with a bullion cube added, simmer lightly until they only begin to plump up.
3 Put them on a hardwood fueled grill for about 2 minutes per side to get the crust.
Put two of them into a French roll with French's yellow mustard, wolf chili, slaw and onions, has to be the red ones!

Serve up with spicy cheese fries and a beer so cold your teeth will explode!
Joes went away due to the Covid, but his tricks live on!
