I heard about it this morning. I am sure some how it will be the fault of the gun, the shooters mother, our how someone somewhere denied him something.
If a gun is the responsible party in a shooting then a spoon is responsible for making Rosie O'Donnell fat, and a pencil is responsible for misspelled words.
1 victim shot by the aggressor. 9 victims shot or hit by ricochets from police firing their service weapons. Unf***ing believable.
That is seriously F***ed up! They need to obviously review the training records of all the police, the trainers and the command staff over seeing the training.
