"Fake Identities"? Every illegal alien in California has a fake identity and the state government says it is ok because they need it to work. So now there are two classifications of fake identities. One a felony for citizens and another a misdemeanor for illegals, just like for drunk driving.

Actually, I have looked into this issue of fake identities. It seems having another identity is not illegal in itself. What is illegal is using it to commit a crime---like working in the USA under false conditions.
