I would like to get an idea of what people actually carried today

I realize most people can't carry into the workplace, even in gun-friendly states, so in-your-vehicle I suppose counts. That opens the possibility of a rifle or shotgun so "Other Handgun" should be "Other Firearm." I don't think I can change it though. In the truck, a .22 revolver six-shooter (yeah, it isn't a powerhouse, but I can carry a LOT of ammo).
people still use revolvers?Based on the discussion in "Just a recommendation for handguns" I expected to see "38 Special Revolver" winning hands down. But not one single solitary vote so far...What gives?
I have one by my bed that I USED to carry, so you could say I still use one. I just don't carry it anymore.people still use revolvers?
I have one of the heavy mag lights on my night side table, right next to the 9mm. Just in case I need to see who I just shot! Just kidding, but I bet the light would hurt like heck upside someone's head.Normally I don't leave home much and there are a lot of different things in my home for protection. When I do go out, I have a really heavy mag light for bashing in heads. Not much good in a gun fight, though. I tend to avoid crowded places whenever possible.
Note: I do NOT physically carry the flashlight. It stays in my truck. There are also 2 in my house.
I was just wondering if anyone knows of a cheap place to buy bear spray? I've heard it's just like peppers pray but sprays a lot farther out. I googled it, but was suprised at 60 bucks.
