Dan and Dinesh got me into watching videos.
Both too slow to getting to the point.
They are correct but usually a couple days after others put it out

Is this that movie that kid was making about 5 years ago and his whole family ended up dead, with them making it look like murder suicide? The guy was NOT suicidal, and wanted to finish the film so bad.

Edit: Gray State, in case you didn't hear of it

Had not heard or seen anything about this! It isn’t like I bury my head in the sand, but there are so many chaos/evil crap happening that most folks can’t stay informed! Just as they planned.

An hour into it. Wow.

Everything we have been saying, feeling, doing.

Solzhenitsyn said to go after the minions first.

Do you agree with that Doc? Trying to understand why waste the time on minions. Go after those who make, fund and implement our destruction. I see it just like targeting the head ranked person, or leader in the field of any military engagement…or gang attacking. Take out the “brains” and “leaders” first.

We have to make it to where the minions fear going out and if they will make it back. During the Vietnam war sniper's were targeting NVA morter base plate carriers. It got to the point that no one wanted to carry it for fear of being killed. This is the fear we must put into the minions.

GP, I am looking in his book for the context of when he said that and haven't found it yet. It is a looooooooooooong book!
But it's basically like OC said.
I'm not advocating shooting or torturing anyone right now. But there are ways that you can legally make the minions have a second thought about persecuting and tattling on conservatives. Use lawfare on them for example - sue them for defamation. Or hound them on social media the way they do conservatives.
In a situation of WROL, then things will be different...

Footnote on page 13 of Gulag Archipelago:
And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?
After all, you knew ahead of time that those bluecaps were out at night for no good purpose. And you could be sure ahead of time that you'd be cracking the skull of a cutthroat. Or what about the Black Maria sitting out there on the street with one lonely chauffeur-what if it had been driven off or its tires spiked? The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt!
We didn't love freedom enough. And even more-we had no awareness of the real situation. We spent ourselves in one unrestrained outburst in 1917, and then we hurried to submit. We submitted with pleasure! (Arthur Ransome describes a workers' meeting in Yaroslavl in 1921. Delegates were sent to the workers from the Central Committee in Moscow to confer on he substance of the argument about trade unions. The representative of the opposition, Y. Larin, explained to the workers that their trade union must be their defense against the administration, that they possessed rights which they had won and upon which no one else had any right to infringe. The workers, however, were completely indifferent, simply not comprehending whom they still needed to be defended against and why they still needed any rights. When the spokesman for the Party line rebuked them for their laziness and for getting out of hand, and demanded sacrifices from them-overtime work without pay, reductions in food, military discipline in the factory administration-this aroused great elation and applause.) We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward. (emphasis added)

It’s so long since I read that book. Thinking 78 or 9. Bought it for a dollar at a used book store.
Scary how many things are coming true again.

Valid point there Doc. Right now it's too early to shoot the bastards even though they deserve it. We the people must instill fear into them as they are doing to us. Once they understand that we are not afraid of them they lose. And that's what they are afraid of.

I was looking at it as cut head of snake off, they grow another. Need the minions to keep supporting the snake...remove the minions, (as in minions are no longer minions..but brave souls to stand up), no more food for the snake.

I turn everything ass backwards..

Haven't read the book, but I get the gist of the message...makes perfect sense and applies today very much so I'm afraid.

Been a while for me too. I was staying at a beach house with the extended family, and it was on the bookshelf in my bedroom, so I started reading it, and couldn't put it down. But I didn't get very far into the book. I had to check it out at the library when I got home to finish it.

Which one do you think is more relevant? Gulag Archipelogo, Animal Farm or 1984?

I think the 3 are in a tie at the moment.

Gulag Archipelogo,

You didn’t ask me, but I will go with Gulag Archipelogo simply because we all MUST learn from the past. Understanding what they did wrong and their psychology of those times I see as #1 goal for us. Spread that knowledge and history. Get others talking about it. It will surely give us an advantage at some point.

Doc, thank you for posting that. I do not own that book, but need to reread it. It’s been far too many years.

I watched the revolution in Rumania live when it happened. President Nicolae Ceaușescu sent his minions into the streets and demanded that they shoot to kill and destroy the demonstrations against him....
The soldiers refused to shoot against their own fellow citizens and ended up being part of the 1989 Christmas revolutions across eastern Europe.
The whole thing came to a head when they put Nicolae and his wife Elena on trial for treason and shooting them behind the building immediately afterwards....no mercy.
Both the minions and their leaders must be working together to do any evil. If one side or the other refuses or is destroyed by nature or other causes...it all falls apart.
