Process foods and showering/washing everyday have weaken us, we have become paranoid of every little everyday germ not realizing germs help keep our immune system strong though all cities through the ages have been a dystopia and will continue. A very simple rule will save a lot of grief 'keep the damn hands away from the face'

I keep nitrile gloves, germ-x hand sanitizer and masks in all my vehicles in case I need to head to the big towns especially if I need to go to the doctors or hospital, many of these health issues can be avoided if a little common sense is employed.
