This was all in the news locally when he was moving it in to his location, pretty cool. The problem using these as lifeboats during tsunamis is the debris the water pushes with it and the problem with pushing the airliner into solid obstacles, I certainly wouldn't want to test his theory though I like the concept of living in one.
