Very sad to hear this. PTSD is real, and is proven by every medical field, but the city doesn't feel it is necessary to take care of their own? This is going to be a big mistake when no cops apply for positions there.

It is an example of the injustice often experienced by LEOs who develop service related psychological problems. It seems to me if you put your life on the line every day doing your job that you deserve some special care.
