Yes this IS a man made problem.

No not David Cameron and Co, I’m talking about Rats, as we get more slovenly and dump ever more food waste we create a BIG problem. One recent article from southern England reported two rats standing their ground against a cat. Ready for a plague outbreak folks?

it's problem,a big one!!!
rats are smart creatures and they learn quickly,a plaque is just behind the corner..

I doubt it very much, another animal just trying to survive, if it did happen more likely to be in the big cities with greater access to waste food, take away bins and the like. I'm more concerned about the habits of humans than I am about rats.
