I don't know why it strikes me that way, but it seems like those folks on sidewalks walking distracted are doing a step in a 'natural' progression. Woods/field walking, path walking, road walking, walking 'blind'. Evolutionary retrogression. Homo sapiens sapiens crapping out.

How about the morons who DIE while attempting to take 'selfies' of themselves? No lie, that's a real thing... when I lived in Show Low, some dumb@$$ parked his motorcycle near the rim of the renowned Salt River Canyon (second only to the Grand Canyon in depth in Arizona, I believe), then approached the edge to take a selfie. Fool walked backward clear off the edge... the Sheriff's Dept. had to use a drone to locate the corpse some 400' below, which was a great idea, and an efficient use of the drone, but just how stoopid does somebody have to be to walk backwards over a cliff? Jeez, that must be heller embarrassing to show up at heaven's gate (or the gate to the other place) and have to explain that ya died while taking a selfie... goldurned morons. Looks like the wanks behind Big Tech have found a sure-fire way to depopulate the planet, or at least make a dent, lol.

P.S. Moi, when I go, I wanna be hit by a train or a big truck, but WITHOUT any Big Tech devices involved, lol... just a good old-fashioned SLAM with the train or truck moving at high speed, AYE?
