I never tried this though I see it working, my only problem is that some plastic leaches at 77degF but in an emergency why not. Maybe using glass bottles in place of plastic.

Great video! There are lots of ways to purify water, but this is simple and easy and dosent take any money. What more could you ask for?

Why not take empty green wine bottles? I saw a system once made of the w bottles with a hole drilled in the bottom and fitted with something like aquarium hose. A mechanical thermostat was hooked up to a bottle. When the desired temp was reached, a valve would open, draining all the bottles, then refilling them again.

would think it's supposed to be kept easy and simple,in a bad sopt thats something you could find lying around too,have to try it maybe next week,if that glorious yellow thingy named sun might show her self here.
