Lars at Survival Russia youtube made a video about how he cans up meat.the things of interest to me and i think to others is he is using the jars that use a metal lid without a ring. i have seen it used in several countries in Europe. The canner is of interest as well.Only once have i canned in metal cans and we used a similar device to "seal/crimp" the lids on before canning.Canning meat is a survival skill for sure.
