I posted this in the former place, but it came up for me today, with a different website. I think it would be an interesting doll to make, but I am not sure I would want to spend all that time embroidering if it was going to be dismantled. I have many other sewing projects to work on, but if I were to make some of these, I would do a drawing that I could print out on special paper that could then be transferred to the doll.

head
The core of the head is a plastic bottle filled with nails, fish hooks, and safety pins, wrapped with ten yards of twine and fifteen yards of fishing line. The core is then padded with cotton batting and encased in linen.

I wouldn't use brown rice as it gets rancid but rather double the white rice. The alcohol packets dry out so they would have to be replaced regularly. I'd replace them with the flavour packets out of a ramen package. That will give you salt and make your soup better tasting.

Great ideas. Back when I was eating rice, I would keep brown rice in the freezer. I would use white rice. I have some from LDS and a friend told me it is not very good, so it would be good to use. Alcohol wipes do go dry. Ramen flavor packets probably have a bunch of msg, but that is probably not going to be my problem. I know they are not a problem for many.

I am not sure that any of these would ever have the food used inside, but one never knows what life will bring. The other items could be helpful, such as the fish hooks and line. I looked on Etsy, and no one is selling anything like this.
