Has anyone tried the Tactical Lantern by Bell & Howell? I was thinking of buying either it or the flashlight that work with water for its cell life (no batteries)

I'd say stay away. I was given a B&H flashlight as a gift and it's total junk. I've held several other of their products and they all seem like poorly made gimmicks. Just my 2 cents.

I looked up bell&howell lantern. And came across different ones.it's hard to tell from the pics.but they looked like their cheaply made to me.then i read.as seen on tv.that tells me that they are cheaply made. Did you ever see the Brooklyn lanterns advertised on tv?my mom bought a pair of them.their cheaply made.but doable if taken care.not mistreated or dropped. Other then that.not worth having.the bell&howell appears to be the same or less quality to me.
Streamlight 44941 Siege LED Lantern (SL44941000) and the Streamlight 44931 The Siege LED Lantern (STR44905) are the only way to go. The Streamlight 44941 is a good packable lantern.
