Ali Muhammad Brown is accused of firing 10 shots into Tevlin's Jeep Liberty when it was stopped at an intersection in West Orange, New Jersey. Brown allegedly told police that his mission was "vengeance" for the "millions of lives lost every day" in countries like Iraq and Syria.
