There is a problem in this country when guns are so prolific. They can be bought on every corner by anyone with cash. Of frigging course he had a gun!
If you do what the Constable tells you do do you wont get shot, Simples. I knew a KS Deputy who often had to cross into OK, and if he got stopped by the OK State Patrol his hands stayed on the wheel and he did EXACTLY as they told him to do. And when the Okies crossed into KS and got pulled over they would do the same.
