You have to give it to the homeless around here, They are resourceful. The new hustle is the handicap mobility carts
The homeless are charging people who want a cart to go get them one.
They troll the area in front of the checkout waiting on a person on a cart to check out. Then walk with that person out to there car, help unload groceries receive a tip then take the cart to a person who has no clue how to get a cart receive 5 bucks
If they spent as much energy working as they do hustling they would be better off

Wally world is a place in some parts around here to:
1. Get your car stolen
2. Get mugged in the parking lot
3. Get hit on for money for "food." Beggars know how to ask but not how to work.
4. Grocery carts stolen for homeless transportation of goods and storage
5. Lots of shoplifting!

It just takes the riff raff to ruin life for the rest of us. When they join forces, they figure out how to get the over on the rest of the world. If that energy would be put toward doing something constructive, what a difference they could make.
