And THAT is a damn good question! You'd think they'd have bought it as soon as the price was announced, if for no other reason than to enlarge their yard when they tore down that dilapidated house.

Just invite the fire dept. have a big cook-out, let them burn it down and put it out. Dig the ashes into the yard to re-fertilize it and let the dogs run...GP
