This is geography dependant but in areas that get a sea fret / haar / fog sweeping in during the early morning as it does in parts of the Atacama desert you can capture water from the air by stringing fine threaded large vertical nets . As the haar passes through water condenses on the netting and runs down to be captured in guttering and directed to ponds. The Pacific NW is also suitable in places I believe.
