///clip.apples.leap is a website and an app for IOS and Android that breaks very small areas (about 10x10 feet) into grid square and assigns three random words to each square. With the website or the app, you can type in the three words your friend gives you to know exactly where they are.

Orienteering is a great skill that everyone should have, and a GPS is extremely useful on roads. But this lets you really narrow down a target. Granted, you're reliant on infrastructure we have today and we shouldn't count on it always being available. But it would absolutely come in handy to meet up with people at an event, and it is also useful to HAMs to pinpoint where they are broadcasting from while things are still good.
