Well, totally from pantry items. Dump 2 cans of mushroom soup (we don"t have any cream of chicken) and two cans of chicken that expired in 2023. Mix in a small bag of freezer burned frozen vegetables, add spices (we didn't add enough) cook some egg noodles, mix, put some cheese and top with stale chopped onion bread chips, stick in oven for 30 min at 350. Oh and a cup of sour cream.

Absolutely horrible.

The CAT threw up the chicken juice...

I'm betting the canned chicken and the freezer burned veges are what killed it. The stale bread probably wasn't a help either, but if toasted it may not have hurt too much. Everything else sounds like it should have been at least edible, albeit not gourmet.

Don't use the word killed, lol, they are lucky to be here to tell about it!!😉

@Pearl - it's just not Thumper's night. Mommy just stepped on her tail. Just barely, in her socks, Thumper let out a scream like her tail was on fire! Poor thing, she ran to her cave under the bed and I had to coax her out with a kitty treat. Kitty treats heal all wounds, imagined ones anyway. Mommy was very sorry and they eventually made up. OK, night-night all. :)

Our cats will walk right under and in front of us, but oh the horror if a tail gets stepped on or a human foot touches them!!🙄🙀

Cows in the snow.

Meatballs floating in cream of mushroom soup with mixed veggies over pasta.

Edit:
Peas and carrots. the mixed veggies were made in China.
Here *****! coonie coonie *****!

DOES THE CENSOR NOT KNOW THAT "COON" IS SLANG FOR RACCOON?!

Homemade mac and cheese and a giant ham. The ham is still cooking. The Mac and cheese is almost completely consumed. Timing wasn’t in the cards tonight. We might have ham by bed time. I was craving it just before lunch, this it was still frozen as it went into the oven. 🤣

I found a recipe for Scholtzy's sandwich bread. The wife baked some today so tonight will be a Scholtzy sandwich.
 :p:D
If it comes out good, please, please, please post the recipe and instructions here! I love that bread beyond any other. They have closed down pretty much every Schlotzky's (however you spell that) in our area. We only have one left that I know of - it's out at the Denver airport. Not IN the airport, but out at what they call the "cell phone waiting/parking lot". Where you go to wait in your car for the call from someone you're picking up, so you don't clog up the arrivals driveway. It's an odd and inconvenient place to have our sole remaining Schlotzky's.
