"WHAT" first when the very first indication/feeling of cold/flu/virus/yucky sickness..???

If I have a sore throat (which is rare), I will gargle with colloidal silver and it works within minutes. If I feel like I'm getting wiped out, then I'll take some elderberry tabs to make sure I don't get the yucks. I rarely get sick. I also take a few supplements daily (when I remember to) which includes magnesium, L-lysine, tumeric, B-1, and selenium. I'll also take D3 in the winter months.

I'll also fix myself an electrolyte drink if I'm not feeling 100%. Before I go to bed on days that may involve adult beverages, an electrolyte drink plus 500mg magnesium is a must to prevent feeling like dung the next day.:drink buddy:
