When I was patroling in my city, as a rookie, we received a "911" call because the elderly people living there had no toilet paper. Worst yet, as a rookie, I was ordered to deliver them some toilet paper. I guess this is what it means to be a "full service" police department.

Our country seriously needs to re investigate a good eugenics program. people with an IQ under 100 ought not be allowed to breed!
