I took the liberty of creating a PDF on wildfire prepping your home. Please note, the companies that are reflected in this PDF are not someone I've used, okay, well a few, but I am not getting any kick-back if your thinking that. Just placing the info for you all to consider.

I use cementitious roofing and a similar siding, good stuff unfortunately not cheap.

Yes, on that flip home at the BOL, I've contracted the builder to use that roofing material, since it needs a new roof, also the glass windows need to be replaced too, so I am placing armored glass with a hurricane/tornado film just to give it some more strength. So it will be hail proof too.

I placed the hurricane/tornado film on the current windows and they look/work great.

Your home is a great example of being prepared for a wildfire..
