Wondering if there are any other home brewers out there? I had the last of my Muscidine grapes in the freezer and mixed them with 2quarts of blueberries, did the initial fermenting and today I racked it into the glass carboy. It's satisfying to see all those tiny bubbles rising and the bubbler going to town. The last few weeks of the growing season I had a handful of grapes on several different vines coming ripe at different times, so I froze ziplock baggies until they were all done and I had enough for my last batch of the season. Kind of sad that I'm done with the wine for another year. I got 150 bottles this year, and only about 1/5 of my grapes were mature enough to produce this season. I'm going to need a bigger container in the future! Good brewing to all, and merry Christmas.
