Several tentative forecast for this coming winter have come out earlier than normal
As of right now We have a greater than 50/50 chance of heavy storms with a lot of moisture in the Pacific Northwest and Northwest with some very cold temperatures bringing a lot of snow in.

Looks like I'll be doubling my grain and hay order this year, should be completed the end of September. I don't like restocking the barns and out buildings during fire season.
 
We could use some of that cold weather here! Monday's heat index was 111 degrees.

What I'm getting, don't look like much relief through the Southern States this winter, you guy's are going to be above average in temperatures and below average in rainfall, though I'm sure it won't be 111 degrees this winter ;) but it's still July.
