Beans, beans the musical fruit... The more you eat the more you toot... The more you toot the better you feel..
Lets have beans for every meal...
I use a slow cooker roasting bag in my cooker..
1 lb of browned crumbled hamburger.. or 1/2 lb crispy and crumbled fried bacon
2 large white or yellow onions, peeled, cut into quarters and sliced into thin strips
1/4 C catsup
1/4 C Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
2 Table Spoons wet minced garlic
2 Table Spoons low calorie brown sugar
Black pepper
A small splash of liquid smoke..
1 large can Bushes Baked beans
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can pork and beans
What ever more beans it takes to fill the cooker..
Mix well, let simmer on high 3-4 hours..
