Youtube blocking Ad blocker

sorry if this isnt the right place to post.
i use youtube alot to listen to things, news, reports, studies, etc. i got adblocker to block pia ads and its worked fine for long time. now its not. youtube started giving me a blank enpty page when i click on a link.
but if im not signed in ther eis no problem and no ads. but its twice s hard for me to find my regular list of things i listen to.

really irritating--will never buy anything from any ad forced to watch or put up woth.

is there a better ad block thing? is there another tip or trick i can do?
i dont even had live tv cause i h ate all the ad crap. i can buy the youtube premuim thing but it feels like mafia telling me they wont burn my store down if i pay them monthly, ya know?

maybe i m missing something on dealing with this--anybody gotr ideas?

I use Opera browser and a VPN, located in Europe, that works for me to avoid the adblocker problem.

I spend a lot of time on YouTube and I hate the adds.
I finally paid them their ransom money and got YouTube Premium.
No ads on any of my devices.
One of the best things about the premium is the ability to speed up the videos 2X by clicking and holding the mouse button.
I can skip the boring stuff like some of the intros that drag on for ever.
It works on all my devices.

You may want to look for an update for the ad blocker that was working.

YouTube has recently changed their add format. That may have confused your add blocker.
