These shelters were used to house telecom equipment and still have HVAC systems attached. They are concrete and steel construction, cost between $25-35k new, currently worth $8-10k. There are 30 scattered around South Texas, a crane would be required to move them and would be the responsibility of the buyer. We are open to offers.
