I was Lt. Commander and responded to control things and determine if
we needed to call in area police for help.

After the Ferguson and Baltimore Riots I watched a couple videos on Youtube and FB of a Black guy who supposedly was a Preacher ranting at the Black race about why they did the things they did.....Talk is cheap, I have seen numerous videos such as these and my question is, Why do you never see these people doing anything other than making videos ?
