Thanks for the share, I have at least 30 kilos of first aid stuff.
The hardest things to find are really good scissors and hemostats.
Had to cut a leather jacket off a lady after a trike accident against a tree and my scissors just almost did not make it. Have 3 knives and a carpet knife with me since then...GP
 
I know, my inner clock went to chits again after a couple of night shifts ;)
bouhgt a pair of strap cutters to my kits too..

Funny idea Jon, but I've had my share of real blood already and the feeling of partial helplessness in bad times. You always do what you think is right and what you can at the time with what you have at the time and then just hope for the best...GP
