I saw a blurb on it on google news earlier today. Might make a great prepper compound. Definately out of my budget, but not a bad deal for what you get.

Note the bottom of the ad, he states he has been vandalized, well if that was local, can you imagine the herd coming to his digs and Denver...he didn't think to put up Fort Apache type walls, so whoever buys it will not be a prepper.

Now if you could move that entire facility, brick by brick and do a flip on it...say for another 700K and place it remote...well you'd have a good one there. Love the idea of having a gas pump...

I have the perfect prepper compound for sale. Its a lot cheaper than the Denver place too. Its 100 acres totally surrounded by national forest with lots of timber and trout stream, hydro potential. Plus large elk, deer and turkey population.

Way to far north for me though, wife would then opt to settle in Montana to be closer to friends. Me the shoveling of snow. Done it and bought the T-shirt with no blower.

Nope. Its some extra property that I had that I was hoping to give to the kids. If it doesnt sell I may keep it and build a hunting/trapping cabin on it.
