Might as well prep, since God has seen fit to put me way out here where it's safe(er)! I have .56 acres, and burn wood in a wood stove with a tall chimney. No livestock, but have pets and a garden. I seem to have everything I need but experience and knowledge! I'm starting to put up dry goods, and have been well stocked in can goods, as well. I'm hoping there is a local small farmer I can work with for bartering for fertilizer like chicken/other livestock manure. I'd also like to organize with like minded people up in this area, since I have time to volunteer. Vegetable garden is top priority this year, so I'm interested in rain catching, and natural pest control as well! Does anyone organize preppers in Aroostook County, Maine? Thanks guys!
