A bit of fear mongering.
The proposal is just to "supplement" not "replace". Even with the Russian component shut down, we'd just be back to current capabilities, not lose them.

They certainly didn't "win"...just look at how fast the Ruble is tumbling..... If anything, Putin is scrambling to see how he's going to afford his current remilitarization efforts.

I could see all the calls being recorded and filtered for U.N and others calling for intervention and on U.S soil and disarming the U.S public . Even though thier own crime rate is higher and more violent .
