Earth Abides is an upcoming American post-apocalyptic science fiction drama television miniseries (starting December 1st on Youtube MGM+) based on George R. Stewart's 1949 novel of the same title. You can see what you think by watching the trailer at

Amazon: Offers MGM+ for $1.74 per month for the first two months, then $6.99 per month after.
I'll just find someone that has MGM+ already, but IF I was going to pay something, I'd wait until the season was over, then do the Amazon $1.74 thing and binge watch it over a few weekends?! (Then cancel...I'm not getting any subscriptions!) If it's any good, it may be relevant to some of our pandemic discussions.

I forget which episode of Happy Days dealt with pandemics; maybe when Richie gets the "kissing disease (mononucleosis?)
I feel like Dr. Miguelito Quixote Loveless on WWW doubtless attacked Jim or Artie with poison gas or something?

I am re-watching the TV series "the leftovers". It's not always easy to watch, but when it's complete you can't help but find a brilliance in the way it was written and how it ends. The story is about a portion of the population just straight up disappearing in an instance and how people tried to carry one without their friends, family, etc.

YELLOWSTONE

..and 1883. 😍👍 (1923 was... 'Worth the time', as well, but.. Got kinda.. Wierd / convoluted later into the Season.. 🤔 Wish we could see how 'it ends', but.. I don't think we ever Will...) But 1883 was Amazing.

Really, don't watch Much "TV" at all, but.. Recently discovered 'Lioness', and it was / is Excellent, Imo...

Every old classic on MeTV.

We get MeTV here. I love it. I have gone down the rabbit hole with Perry Mason. We get it twice a day.

If you get Netflix I would recommend Bosch and the Lincoln Lawyer. Both are based on Michael Connelly novels.

There's a new series on paramount... Landman. Oil business show based on the 'Patch' in west Texas. Stars Billy Bob T.

I saw episode one last week. It was interesting and entertaining. Episode 2 will be on in about 30min... plan to watch.

...It's hard to believe back then, we were watching the best TV the country would ever have, and never even knew it.:)
I have seen NOTHING recent in the last 3 years that I would want to watch.
All of the good writers that had imagination, have died off. :(
