Me too. I made apple crisp last night using some home canned cinnamon apples. Caramel ice cream on the side.

@Just Cliff you might find this of interest....what we call apple butter today is not what historically apple butter was. today its just thickened apple sauce..mostly...look at historical record of what apple butter was.
