the one thing he needs to do is keep his big mouth shut...but his ego wont let him...its one thing i dislike about him...shut the bigmouth b.s. talk up...its to much pot stirring....as example greenland...not going to happen...resident just asked about it...only 6% said they like to join the u.s.

we cant fix whats here....we cant afford things we doing outside this country...bring all assets home...everything...keep best and biggest bases and call it good...let rest of world hash it out or burn...they will be fine....if we dont...we wont...

we gave tractors to farmers all over globe..what about helping young start up farmers here first with a tractor...or a no interest loan...russia gives families having children home loans interest free...just as example.

help ourselves first !
I bought all my tractors and equipment on zero % loans. It's still available. There are also low to no interest AG loans available to young farmers, and for first time farmers. There are low interest loan available for first time home buyers too.
People need to stop listing to the sad sacks and do their own dam research. Things aren't nearly as bad as some whiners make it sound.
What some people call Trumps "big mouth" reasonable people call it speaking the truth and saying what we all think needs to be said. But maybe some people would be more happy with Kamala.

I never thought I would read a thread from you that isn't word salad and I actually agree with...LOL
But yeah, that sums it up really well.

China produces cheap crap, we buy it cheap and use credit to pay for it. At least half the jobs in this country are unecessary and produce nothing . We pay China with fiat currency that we create at will and they except it
The whole house of cards is going to fall apart
And the ones that benefitted most from this system are the rich CEOs of large companies that paid off the politicians to make all of it possible

China is in trouble too. They have invested a lot in their real estate, that sits empty and nobody lives in. If the US goes down economically, so will China, but there, they at least have a society that works together since they are pretty much all Chinese and there is no minorities, or diversity crap, or illegals, or terrorists

How Bill Clinton Sent Manufacturing Jobs to China

By Michael Bargo, Jr.

On May 28, 1993 Bill Clinton signed Executive Order 12850. This improper EO changed the way the U.S. made trade deals with China and led to the loss of tens of millions of American manufacturing jobs. The story of how this was done not only proves that the Clintons are behind the loss of American jobs, but shows how Bill Clinton established a Democratic strategy for manipulating foreign policy that was copied by both Hillary while she was Secretary of State and Obama while he was president.

At the time, U.S.-China trade relations were conditioned upon China’s humanitarian treatment of its own citizens. Americans had seen protesters in Tiananmen Square crushed by Chinese tanks. The brutality of the Chinese toward unarmed protesters had shocked Americans so much that China was required to treat its citizens in a humanitarian way in order to maintain its MFN (Most Favored Nation) status.
China desperately needed to keep its MFN status for one reason: only with MFN status could it get a huge discount on tariffs it had to pay to the U.S. With MFN Chinese manufacturers only had to pay a 6% tariff. Without it they would have had to pay an unprofitable 40%. So without its MFN status China couldn’t as easily compete with American manufacturers. China’s MFN status was suspended during the Korean War, but conditionally reinstated in 1980 under the Jackson-Vanir freedom of emigration amendment to the Trade Act of 1974.

This is where Bill Clinton stepped in. With his 1993 Executive Order, he unconstitutionally seized control of the MFN conditions, removing it from the involvement of Congress, just as Obama seized treaty control away from the Senate with his Iranian nuke deal.
Clinton’s Executive Order was issued at a time when the U.S.-China trade deficit was only $18 billion a year. In 2015 the deficit was $367 billion.

even if you have a homestead and are debt free ( we are) you are not going to be independent of society. Are you going to pull your own teeth? Do you have all the land and equipment to produce enough hay to feed enough livestock to survive? Do you make your own vehicle parts? Or do you have a small army of teenagers that can do lots of manual labor ? (only the Amish here have that)
what will you do when you run out of fuel, or the government taxes your homestead out of existance?

How much land do you own? And if you don't mind me asking, how old are you? the older you get the harder it gets doing a lot of physical labor
Thanks for the post . The scenario that we have seemingly entered I had already carefully thought through and prepared for . Yes my survival grounds with the exception of one tract , I kept in my name though houses are built on them from my descendants and are debt free . I even pay their property taxes , so I know they are current . -- As for the pulling teeth , in my medical kit is a pair of teeth pulling pliers so I do indeed intend for the clan to be able to pull their own teeth . Also my daughter is a nurse that works from home with somewhere around 50 different nursing license for giving advise on medical emergency's over nearly the entirety of the United States . She occasionally borrows my medical kit and attend to injuries of folks around the area . -- As for as being able to take care and feed critters , that is one of the reasons that I sold my milk goats , I concluded when S.H.T.F. I wouldn't have the luxury of buying livestock feed as I didn't have enough feed for them without buying feed . Yep sold the goats and bought more chickens , as they can basically forge for themselves . - As for as equipment, I practice annually gardening with zero motorized equipment - As for as vehicle parts if S.H.T.F. in earnest there may not only be no vehicle parts but also no fuel to put in them , so that has also been factored in . -- As for as my age , I am 75 and can out work most men in their 50's . The doc at an annual exam " as I haven't been what I call sick in many years " has already told me to prepare to live to be very old . Actually I built a cabin for my grandson to work out in and I too occasionally work out . Mostly I use the pull up rings . " again thanks for the interest "

So let me understand...you WANT to keep the grossly bloated bureacracy that is choking the country?
Musk is now in control of paying all this country’s bills.
Everything from military paychecks to the light bill at my local VA clinic. Medicare, Social Security, everything.

I want someone qualified for the job. Is Musk?

The treasury was paying out no questions asked. I would be surprised if Elon is personally running the treasury. DOGE is identifying problems that need fixed.

Musk just shut down USAID. That was the NGO's that were helping illegal aliens to get to our country.
That was a big positive thing. We're making progress every day.
I wonder why Musk doesn't get credit for being an african American in this administration.

Who knew a south african could take over the nation with the help of americans.
Shades of Desmond Tutu

It was merged into the state department so Rubio is in charge.

Sounds like you have a great plan!

I am not willing to sell my goats or sheep, we will just eat them if it comes to that
I don't know if it will be a total SHTF, I think everything will just get more expensive and everyone's ( except the rich) standard of living will go way down

I find it interesting reading various post from members on this , new life style it appears we are entering . Personally I embrace the possibility of stepping back to perhaps the 1900's lifestyle and if very lucky perhaps much further back than that . -- I am getting the impression from the posts , some are terrified of perhaps reverting back to a real homestead existence . Then again I realize no matter how many times it was repeated on prepper / survival forums some preferred buying those happy meals over buying a property that could provide independence from society . Well likely the window for acquiring a homestead and having it debt free window has already closed .

No, I would love to go back to 1900s.

I'm more afraid of leaping forward to 2900...

I do wish that I could experience the optimistic euphoria about a coming wonderful period dawning in America.

I CAN'T......
I agree that not everything will be a "bed of roses." There will be thorns. But now there is hope that we can actually work on solving the problems instead of the road to hell we were on.
