I've heard over and over again NOT to barter ammo. But, it depends on how bad you want the 'thing' you are bartering for. It always depends on your circumstances when considering bartering anything. For example, if my kid desperately needed antibiotics (or other medical 'thing') to get well, I'd barter pretty much anything for that. That's just the 'mom' in me. I'd like to think I'd do it in as safe an environment possible, but some things are worth the risk. Never say never. If things get that bad, then there are going to be a lot of risky moves made......probably by all.
The ideal is to barter ammo, gun as a last ditch thing.
1) you may need it
2)it could be used against you
3) have lots of less harmful thing to trade, like candles, matches, pots, plastic jugs, shoes, eggs, honey, grain.

Yup, I totally get that. I'm just saying, there are circumstances that could come along that could make you reconsider. You just never know. Never say never. If it was the last thing you had, but you absolutely needed something else........

I have the ability to manufacture a lot of different rounds. Bartering ammo is one of my plans. Having said that, an over abundance of caution will be SOP.
