They have a great life where they are now but PETA is trying to step in and remove them from their habitat. There are two that would probably be killed if introduced into a new group. PETA claims that the conditions at the Festus property were not good enough for the chimps, That is BS. All they are wanting is more grant money. Follow they money. . . Isn't that a familiar statement? They have a bond with this woman. After a 25 year bond with eachother, you can not tell me that the better option would be to separate them.

Sorry @Danil54grl these are the realities of what we are up against.

You probably never heard of this place, but it must be PETA approved because she is liberal. And it is disgusting conditions for theses big cats.

I am not for taking a person's "family" members away. But, these are wild animals and very dangerous. There should be an effort to keep them in the wild where they belong and where they will be happy.
